Description
The Caselle red wine from the D'Angelo company is born in vineyards located in Barile, in the province of Potenza.
The pure Aglianico grapes are traditionally vinified in red with a 15-day maceration. The refinement takes place for 24 months in cement tanks and for 24 months in wooden barrels, to conclude with a year in the bottle.
Ruby red in color, it reveals aromas of ripe cherries to the nose, as well as notes of spices and tobacco. The sip is full, with ripe tannins and good persistence.
Excellent in combination with stewed game and grilled red meats.
