Description

Aglianico del Vulture par excellence, the Synthesi of the Paternoster winery is an example of structure and longevity for wines from the territories of volcanic origin.

Harvest of Aglianico only around mid-October, it is the result of a traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 10 days. It ages in Slavonian oak barrels and for a small part in French oak barrels. After blending, it refines for 7-8 months in the bottle.

It shines in a bright ruby red color in the glass. The aroma is intense and vibrant, with deep and well-sculpted hints of blueberry, blackberry and pepper, on a background of undergrowth. The taste is harmonious and dry, more velvety with the passage of time.

Recommended in combination with meat dishes, divinely stock both game and aged cheeses.
