Description

The Alicante Tinto Monastrell Al-muvedre by Telmo Rodriguez is a monovarietal wine made entirely with Monastrell grapes, a vine known in France as Mourvèdre, which embodies the authentic Mediterranean spirit.

The harvest is carried out manually to ensure the selection of the best grapes. The winemaking takes place through the use of indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel tanks, followed by aging for 6-8 months in steel.

This wine has an intense purple red color. Hints of black fruits and iodine emerge on the nose, while on the palate it is soft and fresh, characterized by delicate tannins and a spicy finish.

It pairs beautifully with rich first courses and red meats.
