Description
Lluvia is a white wine produced in the region of Almansa, Albacete, Castile La Mancha. It is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo grapes.
The winemaking process involves fermentation in steel, which preserves the freshness and integrity of the varietal aromas. The vineyards, located at an altitude of 850 meters, are 16 years old and contribute to creating a wine with great typicality and complexity.
The wine has a pale yellow color, clean and bright. On the nose, it offers notes of tropical fruits and hints of fresh grass. On the palate, it is balanced, with a well-defined complexity, a long, fresh and intense palate.
The lluvia is ideal to combine with grilled fish dishes or light salads.
