Description
Riesling Dopff au Moulin embodies the expressive density of a noble grape variety with the characteristics of an exceptional terroir and the traditional know-how of the Dopff family, whose history is intertwined with that of the Alsatian region.
The manual grape harvest takes place on reaching the perfect degree of ripeness. From the prolonged pressing of the bunches the must is obtained for fermentation which will take place in controlled temperature conditions. Subsequently the wine ages for several months on the fine lees.
Pale straw yellow, it emanates from the glass fresh aromas of anise and acacia flowers. Full-bodied wine of noble elegance, it closes on an enveloping and dry finish.
To be enjoyed with seafood or baked fish.
