Alsace AOC Riesling Réserve 2014 Marie et Cécile Albrecht-Bleger

The Alsace Riesling Reserve of Marie et Cécile Albrecht-Bleger was born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Alsace.

It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, for 4-6 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 2-3 months before being bottled.

Albrecht's Riesling has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and pleasant floral and mineral bouquet. On the palate it is characterized by a good body and good elegance that accompany towards a pleasant and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany crustaceans and molluscs, this wine is ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
