Alsace AOP Pinot Gris 2018 Domaine de la Ville de Colmar

Pinot Grigio in purity of the Domaine de la Ville de Colmar from the vineyards of the outskirts of Colmar, from a clayey and stony soil that allows to enhance the characteristics of freshness and the harmony of the perfumes, in line with the refinement of the Alsatian wine production.

Once the grapes have reached the perfect degree of ripeness, the grapes start a traditional type of vinification with temperature control. The wine is then decanted, filtered and bottled.

It appears at the sight of a bright golden yellow color. It has a characteristic bouquet with notes between wood and smoked. The mouth is fine and structured, in perfect balance for all its persistence.

Ideal to combine with smoked fish, it is amazing with scampi and crustaceans in general.
