Description

The Pas Dosé Gioia di Guasti is a sparkling wine born in the heart of the Alta Langa, obtained solely from Pinot Noir grapes.

Once the winemaking process is completed, the sparkling process takes place according to the Classic Method with a subsequent rest on the yeasts for at least 36 months.

It has an elegant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a light, fragrant and characteristic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit that intertwine with elegant hints of hazelnut. In the mouth it is velvety and harmonious, with a pleasant persistence.

It pairs wonderfully with any meal and is superb to serve as a fresh aperitif.
