Description

Alto Adige Sauvignon Lahn is born in vineyards located in the Schulthaus area in Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced entirely from Sauvignon grapes harvested manually between late September and early October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Sauvignon Lahn is characterized by a bright light yellow color with light green reflections. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, which gives elegant and precious fruity hints of pineapple, elderberry, gooseberry and honey. On the palate it is balanced, mineral and refreshing.

Perfect to combine during summer aperitifs, it is ideal with sushi, raw fish and Asian cuisine.
