Description

The Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Animè from Cantina Girlan was born in the renowned hills located in the splendid terroir of Trentino Alto Adige.

It is entirely produced from Gewürztraminer grapes harvested and selected manually. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, then the wine ferments on fine yeasts in steel vats, without malolactic fermentation, for about 6 months.

The Gewürztraminer Animè wine is characterized by a bright and bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with a wide and intense aromatic bouquet, enriched with pleasant and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is soft, intriguing and persuasive.

Perfect to serve with crustaceans and tasty and firm cheeses, it is excellent in combination with desserts such as strudel.
