The Gewürztraminer Riserva Vigna Castel Rechtenthal, produced by Tenuta J. Hofstätter, represents the excellence of this aromatic grape variety. Grown on gravelly and dolomitic soil, this wine expresses the unique character and identity of the Alto Adige territory, with particular attention to the quality of the raw material.

The manual harvesting of the grapes ensures an accurate selection. Fermentation and maturation take place entirely in steel, using the technique of battonage, which enriches the aromatic profile and adds complexity to the wine's structure.

It presents a bright golden yellow color, with intense aromas of lychee, rose petals, sweet spices, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with a harmonious balance between freshness and aromatic richness, concluding with a long and enveloping finish.
