Description
Alto Adige Pinot Nero di Cortaccia was born in the vineyards of Gleno, located in the municipality of Montagna, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. The significant changes in temperature between day and night to which the grapes are subjected give the wine a strong and unmistakable aroma.
This Pinot Noir is characterized by a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with decisive aromas of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is rich and pleasantly velvety, with a delicate elegance reminiscent of the great examples of Burgundy.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
