Description
South Tyrol Santa Maddalena di Tramin was born in the vineyards located on the slopes of S. Maddalena, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced with Schiava, Lagrein and Pinot Noir grapes. Once de-stemmed, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C.
This Santa Maddalena is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints, enriched with delicate notes of almonds. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a light and fruity tannic structure.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and typical Tyrolean dishes, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts, white meats and fresh cheeses.
