Description

The Alto Adige Müller Thurgau of Tiefenbrunner is born in hilly vineyards located in the localities of Penone, Corona and Aica di Sotto.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, carefully harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees in the same containers for 4 months, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a light yellow color, with greenish shades. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, enriched with pleasant aromas of wild herbs and nutmeg. On the palate it is well structured, pleasantly fruity and with a full and balanced aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
