Luca Gardini
Beautiful nuances faceted on the nose, cedar peel, kiwi, a note of thyme in the final smell. On the palate crunchy, taut, savory and with a nice persistence, with a clear, very pleasant, bitter note on the finish.

Description

The Alto Adige Valle Isarco Praepositus Kerner of the Novacella Abbey was born in the vineyards located in the heart of Alto Adige DOC.

It is produced exclusively with Kerner grapes, harvested around the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C, then the must matures in the same containers for 6 months and in the bottle for a further 3 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense fruity notes of melon and citrus fruits, enriched by pleasant hints of green tea and fennel. On the palate it is pleasantly intense and savory, with a great freshness and aroma.

Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
