Description
Amaro Kahnemann was born in Italy from an ancient recipe dating back to the early 1800s. The Kahnemann family produced this amaro by hand for their own use. Today its recipe has been perfected by the homeopath Valter Fabbro, making this bitter an elixir that promotes digestion.
It is produced by infusion with the use of various herbs: lemon, rosemary, licorice, chinotto star anise, cinnamon, gentian.
Medium amber in color, it is characterized by pleasant citrus and spicy notes.
It is consumed smooth at the end of a meal, with the addition of a lemon zest.
