Description
Pratum is one of the sons of the Bonaventura Maschio family, a great signature of the distillation and of the product to be sipped at the end of the meal. It is a bitter obtained through the infusion of very particular herbs, collected from the so-called "stable meadows", that is, grassy expanses grown and kept uncontaminated for years and years thanks to the protection of regional rules that have made them real spontaneous oases . Achillea, Timo Serpillo, Centaurea Minore, Wild Mentuccia, Plantain, Caglio Zolfino and Cardo are the botanicals that make up the skilful blend and that give Amaro Pratum a rich and complex taste.
The color is dark in its amber tones. The nose shows intriguing notes of aromatic herbs and officinal herbs, which fade into the menthol tones given by Mentuccia. The taste is aromatic and perfectly reflects the perfume. Excellent in its balance between sugar and bitter notes. It closes in a persistence with very balanced flavors.
