Description
Amarone della Valpolicella Dal Moro comes from the production area of the Valpolicella denomination, from vineyards located at an altitude of 150-450 meters above sea level.
The blend includes the indigenous grape varieties Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella, with a clear prevalence of the first variety. The grapes undergo drying in a fruit drying room for 120 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation and aging in wood for at least 24 months.
Deep, dense garnet red, it releases an intense and persistent aroma of ether and ripe red fruits that quickly evolves into cherry in spirits and dried plum. The taste is structured and soft, complemented by a velvety tannin.
Ideal when paired with all types of grilled red meat, braised dishes, and cheeses characterized by long aging.
