Description
High West Distillery's Bourbon American Praire was born in Utah, in Park City. The High West Distillery was the state's first licensed distillery at the end of American Prohibition.
The bourbon is a blend of 2 Straight Bourbons and is aged for 3-13 years.
Amber in color, it contains delicate and sweet hints of caramel and vanilla, nougats and caramelized apple. The sip is soft and aromatic, with good persistence.
It is enjoyed with ice or in mixology.
