Description
Asti Spumante di Ceretto is produced from grapes from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso.
Obtained entirely from white Moscato grapes, it vinifies in steel autoclaves, inside which the second fermentation takes place.
It is characterized by a vibrant straw yellow color with golden hues. The nose gives floral hints, of linden but also of white pulp peach
It goes very well with fruit desserts. Try it with the hazelnut cake.
