Bagnoli di Sopra DOC Brut Metodo Classico Il Dominio di Bagnoli

The Spumante Bagnoli Brut Classic Method of the Il Dominio company comes from vineyards located in the Paduan municipality of Bagnoli di Sopra.

It is produced with Friulano, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, without adding sulphites. A second bottle fermentation follows in which the wine ages on the lees for at least 5 years and then for another 12 months in the bottle, to stabilize its organoleptic characteristics.

It has a golden color, with bright green reflections. The nose opens with pleasant hints of dried fruit, enriched with a characteristic note of bread crust. On the palate it is rather dry and fresh, with good body and excellent flavor.

Perfect to accompany shellfish first courses and aged cheeses such as Grana Padano Riserva.
