Description
The Barbaresco di Bel Colle is born in vineyards particularly suited for the growth of Nebbiolo grapes.
At the end of the harvest operations, the best bunches are fermented with a maceration on the skins for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for about 24 months in oak barrels and ends with 6 months in the bottle.
It has a garnet color and a bouquet of red flowers, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins.
To combine with game, braised or roasted meats.
