Description
The Barbaresco Rocche dei 7 brothers is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Treiso.
The wine is made up of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which are pressed and destemmed, to then be macerated at a controlled temperature for approx. 18 days. The wine obtained is aged for 18 months in 26hl Slavonian oak barrels, to conclude with 6 months in the bottle.
It has a deep ruby red color with aromas of dried flowers and tobacco. The sip is full and structured, with fine tannins and a persistent finish.
Excellent to accompany red meats and game in important preparations.
