Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Villa Annaberta 2024 Cottini

Chiaretto di Bardolino Villa Annaberta is the organic rosé Chiaretto created by the Cottini family.

The Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes are harvested at the end of September, and after crushing and cold maceration with the skins for a few hours, the wine rests on its own lees until bottling.

This Chiaretto displays the bright pink colour reminiscent of romantic sunsets over Lake Garda, and elegantly seductive aromas of rose and violet, with playful hints of fresh, juicy fruit. Fine and delicate, this rosé envelopes the palate with floral and fruity notes.

Try it as an aperitif or throughout the meal, it's extremely versatile and pairs well with many dishes: from pizza to sushi, from spaghetti with tomato sauce to trofie with pesto, clams and courgettes.
