Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante Brut DOC Hypsos Cottini Natural Style is born from the sparkling process of Bardolino Chiaretto for 6 months with the Charmat method.

Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes obtained from certified "biodiversity friend" vineyards are harvested at perfect ripeness. After a short cold maceration, necessary to give the typical varietal aromas and color, the clusters are softly pressed, to obtain only the best of aromas, and the sparkling process follows with the Charmat method.

The result is an exciting sparkling wine, which amazes in the glass with a soft and crystalline color, and seduces the nose with fruity and greedy notes of red fruits, strawberries and white peaches. Fine, fruity and fresh on the palate, this sparkling wine manages to make you fall in love with one glass after another.
