Description

Barolo Dagromis is a label from the historic Gaja winery which takes its name from the Gromis family, who owned a fine vineyard in the municipality of La Morra around the 19th century. The Gaja family now integrates the grapes with those harvested in the Serralunga d'Alba cru, expressing the extraordinary combination of the two terroirs.

Nebbiolo in purity, is the result of a traditional vinification carried out in steel containers. The process ends with an aging of 12 months in barrique followed by another 18 months in large oak barrels.

Wine with an intense ruby red color, it releases rich aromas of red berry fruit and red flowers. In the mouth it is immediately recognized its solid structure, its balance and its softness.

Wonderful in the company of important first courses and soups, excellent escort of grilled meat and medium-aged cheeses.
