Barolo Terlo DOCG 2014 Poderi Luigi Einaudi
Description
The Barolo Terlo dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi was born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of Cannubi and Terlo Vie Nuove, in the municipality of Dogliani, in the heart of Piedmont.
It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30-32 ° C for around 10-12 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 30 months and for a further 6 months in bottle.
It is characterized by a garnet red color, with amber reflections. The nose opens with an intense spicy bouquet, with pleasant leather notes. On the palate it is austere, full and pleasantly velvety.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
