Description
This red wine from The Prisoner was born in Napa Valley from Pinot Noir grapes.
They are harvested by hand and fermented in thermo-controlled tanks. The wine then ages for 16 months in French oak barrels, 40% new.
Ruby in colour, it reveals aromas of pomegranate, cherries, rhubarb and cloves to the nose. The sip is full, with soft tannins and good persistence.
It is enjoyed in combination with legume soups and roasts.
