Description

Bitter Roma Assoluto is produced by the historic Sardinian winery Silvio Carta, which is located in the production area of Vernaccia di Oristano.

Ruby red in color, the nose expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, red citrus fruits and spices. The sip is intense and bitter, with a decisive, clean and persistent finish.

Perfect for an aperitif and mixology, it is served neat or with ice cubes, with a slice of blood orange and drops of angostura.
