Description

The Bolgheri Rosato from the Campo alle Comete company comes from vineyards located in the small town of Sughericcio, in the Livorno town of Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno. Campo alle Comete is the first Tuscan company of Feudi di San Gregorio.

It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand, slightly in advance in order to obtain greater freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers and then in the bottle for at least 2-3 months, before being placed on the market.

Bolgheri Rosato di Campo alle Comete is characterized by a bright antique pink color. The nose opens with fresh notes of aromatic herbs and sweet fruity hints reminiscent of raspberry and cherry. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasantly fruity and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent to accompany appetizers based on fish or vegetables, this rosé wine goes well with first courses based on seafood, sushi, shellfish and fish in general.
