Description

Bordeaux La Réserve Rouge Château Cazeau comes from the vineyards owned by the castle of the same name, in the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

The manual harvesting and selection of the bunches, the long macerations and the fermentation at a controlled temperature allow to extract all the aromatic complexity of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the subsequent aging for 12 months in wood harmonizes the aromas.

In the glass this Bordeaux red is of a unique elegance, with intensely fruity aromas that are accompanied by toasted notes, and a full-bodied structure, with a taste supported by soft and voluptuous tannins that accompany towards the finish.

A wine of extreme elegance and excellent persistence, perfect in combination with succulent grilled meats, porcini mushrooms and long-aged cheeses.
