Description
The Cuvée du Moulin of Château Prieure Guillame comes from grapes of a single vineyard of 15 hectares.
It consists of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, traditionally vinified in red. The wine ages for several months in French oak barriques.
Deep ruby red in color, it reveals aromas of red fruits, sweet spices and toasted notes on the nose. The sip is well balanced, with a seductive finish.
It goes very well with roast duck and grilled steak.
