Description
The Bronze beer of Cantine Ceci is another of the products born from the collaboration between the Emilian company and the Birra del Borgo brewery. Taking up the style of the English Strong Wings, this craftsman proposes a particular and interesting personality.
Bronze is an amber beer with an intense and creamy foam. In the nose, American hops dominate the scene, with citrus hints and delicate notes of chamomile. In the mouth it is original, with enveloping malty hints that blend with bitter notes. Caramelized sensations and candied citrus accompany a persistent and clean finish.
This beer proves to be an excellent companion for appetizers and first courses based on meat sauce. It becomes special when combined with the right mix of medium-aged cheeses.
