Description

The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva di Fuligni was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Montalcino area.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 36 months before being bottled.

This Brunello di Montalcino is characterized by a bright garnet red color, with delicate ruby reflections. The nose opens with an elegant aromatic bouquet with hints of thyme, bay leaf, licorice and anise, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and pleasantly complex, with refined tannins and a long persistence.

Perfect to accompany roasts and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
