Description

Brunello di Montalcino di Madonna Nera is born in vineyards located among the rolling hills of Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for 25 days, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of maximum 28 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 30 months in first and second passage French oak tonneaux, after which it ages in bottle for 10 months.

This Brunello di Montalcino is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with elegant fruity aromas of blackberry, raspberry and ripe plum, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
