Description

The Brunello di Montalcino of the Terre Nere winery is born in the Castelnuovo dell'Abate area on soils rich in marl.

Produced exclusively from Sangiovese grosso, the grapes ferment spontaneously in the cellar and macerate for 30 days in steel, at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Aging takes place for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels of 30 and 50 hl, and then rests for at least 6 months in the bottle.

Ruby red in color with garnet hues, the nose reveals notes of red fruit, followed by balsamic and slightly spicy notes. The sip is elegant and refined, with a fine tannic texture and great persistence.

Excellent in combination with red meats and game, both roasted and stewed.
