Description
The Cariñena Menguante Tempranillo of Vinedos Y Bodegas Pablo was born in vineyards located in the famous wine region of Cariñena.
It is produced entirely with Tempranillo grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.
The Menguante Tempranillo of Vinedos Y Bodegas Pablo is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant hints of and currant, enriched with elegant spicy notes. On the palate it is rich and fruity, with soft tannins.
Perfect to accompany red meats, especially grilled, it is ideal in combination with roasts.
