Description

The Castel del Monte Bombino Bianco DOCG Marese Rivera was born from the precise desire of Maresa to express the typical characteristics of Bombino Bianco in purity with character.

It comes from advanced ripening grapes, softly pressed, and from a short rest on the lees.

The result in the glass is a splendid wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma with notes of rennet apple, which on the palate is full, fresh and fruity, well balanced by a pleasant acidulous note.

A pleasant and fresh wine that goes well with raw and cooked seafood appetizers, fish dishes, light soups.
