Description
Castel del Monte Chardonnay DOC Preludio N ° 1 Rivera was the first Chardonnay produced in Apulia and perhaps in the whole of Southern Italy.
This wine ages in steel and rests on the lees for 3–4 months in order to accentuate its complexity and aromatic richness.
In the glass it has a beautiful intense straw yellow colour and teases the nose with a complex, fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of pear and peach blossom, on the palate it is full, fresh and fruity, of good length and complexity
A perfect white with raw and cooked seafood appetizers, fish dishes, light soups.
