A Nero di Troia of drinkability and tension, notes of blackcurrant on the nose, nuances of wild violet and undergrowth. On the palate density and thickness, brackish tannins and fruity-floral return.
Castel del Monte DOC Nero di Troia is the noblest expression of Nero di Troia interpreted by Rivera.
The Nero di Troia grapes harvested when perfectly ripe are the basis of this wine, which macerates on the skins for 10 days with frequent delestage, and does not age in wood in order to enhance the natural characteristics of the fruit.
The result is an exceptionally fruity wine, highly drinkable, with juicy notes of currant and elegant scents of violets. A pleasure for the nose and palate that you would like to never end.
A red born to be shared with those you love, paired with soups, pasta with savory sauces and meats.
