Castel del Monte DOC Nero di Troia is the noblest expression of Nero di Troia interpreted by Rivera.

The Nero di Troia grapes harvested when perfectly ripe are the basis of this wine, which macerates on the skins for 10 days with frequent delestage, and does not age in wood in order to enhance the natural characteristics of the fruit.

The result is an exceptionally fruity wine, highly drinkable, with juicy notes of currant and elegant scents of violets. A pleasure for the nose and palate that you would like to never end.
