Description
Cantina Tollo's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Tollo, in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo.
The Montepulciano grapes, harvested manually, after a short cold maceration, are vinified in white in steel tanks.
It has a lively intense pink color. The nose has fruity notes of cherry and strawberry, while the taste is dry, with a nice freshness and a persistent minerality, in perfect harmony with a moderate softness.
This rosé wine pairs beautifully with appetizers, white meats and cheeses.
