Description

Petit Chablis white wine is produced by Domaine Ternynck in the heart of Chablis.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which are slowly squeezed and then vinified with indigenous yeasts at 20-22 ° C. The wine then ages on the lees for 12 months in steel vats.

With a pale golden yellow color, the wine is expressed with aromas of white flowers, white peach, almond, hazelnut, citrus and iodized notes. The sip is fresh and savory, with a long finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish and white meats.
