Description

Champagne Brut Cuvée Millésimé is produced by the Maison Morel, in the municipality of Les Riceys.

Champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes with an addition of Chardonnay grapes. After vinification, the sparkling process takes place according to the Champenoise method and subsequently requires aging on the lees for 7 years.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of white fruit, citrus and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a fairly persistent finish.

Excellent in combination with fish and white meats.
