Description

The Champagne Brut Pépin de vigne is produced by the Bolieu maison, in the Côte des Blancs.

Champagne is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. After vinification, the sparkling process takes place according to the Champenoise method and subsequently requires aging on the lees for 3 years.

It is characterized by a golden color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruits, enriched with mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a fairly persistent finish.

Excellent both as an aperitif and with raw seafood.
