Description

Champagne Brut Prédiction is a pure expression of Pinot Meunier that represents the essence of the Passy-Grigny terroir. It is the result of at least 2 years of aging on the yeasts.

In the glass it appears straw yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage. It is characterized by pleasantly citrus aromas enriched by an elegant minerality. On the palate it is characterized by a soft consistency that integrates well with its fresh and lively personality.

It is a balanced and versatile champagne, capable of accompanying both a first course with a slice of salmon and a lemon meringue cake.
