The Champagne Cuvée Spéciale Nicolas Feuillatte comes from a cuvée created by the chef de cave from 60 different Champagne crus, many of which are premier crus.

A Champagne that synthesizes the perfect formula between Pinot Meunier (40%) Pinot Noir (40%) and Chardonnay (20%) in a balanced and highly elegant bubble.

The precious yellow with golden hues anticipates a scent of white fruit, sweet spices and lime, and a fresh and vibrant palate, perfect as an aperitif.

Perfect as an aperitif, this champagne can give great satisfaction even in combination with food, with smoked salmon, goose speck and goat cheeses.
