Description

Mumm Mix is a demi-sec champagne composed of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Aged for at least twenty months in the cellars of the Maison GHMumm, the dosage is 35 g/litre. This champagne is exceptionally fresh and well-rounded, perfect served with ice and fresh garnish or in cocktails.

The aromas derive from fine wines aged in American oak barrels. The color is intense yellow with amber reflections and a unique perlage. On the nose, it presents aromas of wood, vanilla, ripe pineapple, mango and caramel.

On the palate, it offers an explosion of honey, hazelnut, pastry with notes of pralines and vanilla. It is elegantly round and structured, with a long and refreshing finish.

Perfect to enjoy neat or in cocktails.
