Description

What kind of wine it is

Mademy Rosé Brut Grande Réserve Champagne is an elegant and structured wine born from the union of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. This Rosé Champagne stands out for the addition of a portion of red wine from Bouzy, which enriches its color and aromatic profile. On the palate, it offers a fresh style and a creamy texture, ensuring a pleasant drink and a long finish. Its production strictly follows the Traditional Method to guarantee the harmonious development of its organoleptic characteristics.

Where it comes from

The grapes destined for this label come from the renowned vineyards of the Marne Valley, a key area for production within the Champagne region. The terroir gives the wine a distinctive character that allows for a measured and precise expression. The blend is completed with the red wine from Bouzy, a village renowned for the structural and aromatic contributions it brings to rosé wines. This territorial combination leads to an orderly taste development based on a strict balance between the various components.

How it is produced

After a meticulous manual harvest, the Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks to preserve their aromatic integrity. The base wines form a blend to which Bouzy red wine is added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenois Method, an essential step for sparkling. This is followed by aging on the lees for 24-36 months, a maturation period calculated to develop greater creaminess and extend the persistence of the finished product.

Tasting notes

In the glass, it displays a bright salmon pink color traversed by a fine and continuous perlage. The nose opens with defined, fragrant aromas where evident notes of strawberry, rose, and berries outline a clean olfactory profile. The tasting reveals a creamy and full-bodied texture, supported by a harmonious progression that invites another sip. The finish remains long and clean, reflecting the balanced structure characterizing the entire tasting experience.

Food pairings

Its gastronomic vocation makes it ideal for a refined aperitif that introduces the meal with measured elegance. It pairs with great precision with raw fish dishes, enhancing the delicacy of the meat without ever overwhelming its natural flavor. Aromatic concordance also makes it perfect alongside a fresh strawberry tart, creating a direct link to the aromas detected on the nose and ending the tasting with a clear fruity note.

When to serve it

This Rosé Champagne is the recommended choice for elegant occasions when you want to offer a versatile and carefully crafted sparkling wine. Its structure allows it to accompany a meal from the start to a full seafood table. Thanks to its extended aging on the lees, it acquires a full-bodied profile that is also appreciated in more meditative tasting contexts. It is also an excellent option for convivial moments, as it enhances both savory dishes and red fruit-based desserts.
