Description

Champagne Brut Belle Epoque represents the cuvée de prestige of the Perrier-Jouët maison, born in vineyards located around Éperney, one of the main production centers of the famous Champagne region.

It is produced with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Champenoise Method, with aging of at least 60 months on its lees.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with evident hints of white flowers, enriched with notes of apple and candied citrus. On the palate it is balanced between delicacy and structure, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish and poultry dishes, this champagne is ideal in combination with fruit desserts.
